TST Tire Monitor System Technical Information

Tire Pressure and Temperature Monitoring System
Technical Information
(applies to both 507RV and 510RV models)
Sensors are designed for commercial full-time operation.
Sensors screw onto the existing valve stem with ease. A special wrench (included in your purchase) is required for installation and removal which protects your sensors against theft.
Sensors operate in all weather conditions. The operating temperature range is -40 to 257 degrees Fahrenheit and -40 to 125 degrees Centigrade.
The sensors operate in 100 percent humidity.
Each sensor comes with its own identification number which is entered into the monitor. This prevents the monitor from reading or receiving tire data from neighboring vehicles encountered while in transit or parked.
Each sensor weighs .6 ounces (507RV) and .8 ounces (510RV). Model 507RV comes equipped with a replaceable battery and Model 510RV comes equipped with a minimum five year battery. Sensors will “go to sleep” when removed from the vehicle to preserve sensor life.
Fast leakage alert at 6 PSI within 12 seconds.
Pressure range is 0 to 188 PSI.

The monitor has the capacity for 22 tire positions. It measures tire pressure in both PSI or KPa. You set your high and low PSI alerts for four separate zones (steer tires, dual tires, tag axel and tow vehicle). Use two, three or four zones depending upon your set-up. The monitor is equipped with a lithium-ion battery which is rechargeable with a DC adaptor that plugs into your DC 12 volt socket or cigarette lighter.
The monitor will run for seven days without plugging into the DC adaptor (two weeks or longer when turned of at night). The working voltage of the monitor is 3.6 V DC.
The charging current is 800 mA.
The sensor transmit frequency is 433.92 MHz.
The monitoring system is an LCD display.
System is accurate to plus or minus 1.5 PSI.

The repeater is recommended for tow vehicles. Our repeater is easily mounted to the coach. It does not require any programming. Simply connect the wires to 12 volts, either in your battery compartment, rear closet of a coach or anywhere with 12 volt access. The repeater receives and amplifies the signal from the sensors so that they are received in the cab.

Truck Systems Technology’s Tire Monitoring System has been in production for over three years and has consistently outperformed the competition. The system has a two year warranty with extendable warranties available through the manufacturer.
